Well, this week has been a little bit different. We got a call on Friday night that Shawn’s, nephew, Nick, wanted to come and hang out for a week at “camp O’Connor”. We picked him up on Saturday morning by meeting Shawn’s Dad, (Nick’s Grandpa) half way up at the top of the pass. After having a Sunday morning of learning the “cowboy way” mounted on Tontas, Nick experienced hanging out in the roping box and maneuvering around a barrel. Unbeknowst to Nick, we are planning a little trail ride out in the woods, but he has to master some riding in the arena first. After that, we headed out to Wizard Falls outside of Sisters and did some “touristy” stuff. All in all, a fun day. Call us for your “little ones'” riding needs.
